Dr. Stephen Godfrey is the Curator of Paleontology at Calvert Marine Museum. He is considered one of the foremost experts on the megalodon shark. He recieved his doctorate from the University of Toranto.
Ryan Walton is a Professional Shark Diver, Brand Ambassador, Scuba Instructor, Athlete, Cameraman and Entreprneur. Ryan is a founder and partner at Shark Tours Florida ( SharkToursFL.com ). Upon becoming a Dive Instructor, Ryan realized how damaged, and how in danger our oceans are. After meeting fellow Conservationists, Ryan began his path to be an Underwater cameraman in hopes he could share the beauty of nature with those who may not get to see it.
In 2005, Krill founded the New England Coastal Wildlife Alliance (NECWA), an all-volunteer nonprofit based in Southeastern Massachusetts. Its mission is to combine research with educational outreach and conservation management. NECWA also provides internships for both high school and college students, including many BSU students from various majors.
In the early years, we focused our research efforts on whales, dolphins and porpoises that feed in the waters of New England each spring, summer and fall. In 2008, I expanded our focus through the creation of a community-sighting network for basking sharks and ocean sunfish.
